The Locked Inn first opened its doors in August of 2015. We started in a time when most guests had never heard of escape rooms. Listening to guests feedback and watching the industry grow, we carefully sculpted the coming rooms to exceed expectations. We worked hard to make sure the experience was unique and that the Locked Inn remained a shining example of local business on the Central Coast. Flash forward to today where we continue to offer the great experiences our guests have come to love and keeping the business a truly local establishment. Story
Located on our 3rd floor, The Study will introduce a new level of adventure to The Locked Inn. The Study allows guests to masquerade as a well known professor of archaeology and delve into his potential ties with a secret society. This room is filled to the brim with adventure and secrets. Will you be able to retrieve his lost artifact, or will you be forgotten and lost in the mists of time? Book your adventure today!
Highlights/Your Opinion/Review:
I felt the Study was slightly more difficult than their other room, Room 751. The puzzles were solvable, but were challenging with lots of surprises as well. The room had a great attention to detail, to the decor, and to the design of the puzzles. You really felt like you were in the setting and there were many surprises. There was just so much going on, and the decor goes great with the theme. The theme was so quirky and fun - it was well built out and neat. It's considered one of their high tech rooms, and it was very well thought out. I would highly recommend this place to new escape room enthusiasts!
